Hi all,
I was just wondering how many of you know about these commercial games
which seem to have been written with Amos...
Flight Of The Amazone Queen:
Have a look at the files on the disks. You will see some Amos bank
stuff all compiled into one large file! The game's main exec doesn't
seem to be an Amos prog though as there is no mention of Amos at all
(not even the switcher).
Tracksuit Manager 2 Update 1997 Disk:
This is Amos alright. That ugly orange default screen raised its ugly
head and I knew it was Amos straight away. A simple check of the main
exec confirmed this as does a look at the main piccy - ABK packed pic.
There's no point in me mentioning Hillsea Lido or the Valhalla Series
by Vulcan now, is there?
International Golf (oldie) and World Golf (Islona) are both Amos
projects by a contact of mine called Dave kirk. The same guy who was
sorta behind Blobz. (Blobz was written in Blitz BTW).
What other BIG games have been written in Amos? Anyone know....?
It's an interesting subject methinx ;)
cya, Andy Gibson.
